To ensure that its members maintain the highest standards of professionalism and stay up-to-date in this fast-paced industry, the Institute has established a rigorous continuing education program. Every two years, Insurance Advisors are required to engage in a minimum of ten hours of Continuing Development courses. These courses not only help them stay current but also empower them with new tools and strategies to excel in their roles.

Furthermore, the Institute places a strong emphasis on ethical conduct and financial integrity. To uphold these principles, Insurance Advisors are mandated to complete an Ethics Course and an Anti-Money Laundering course as part of their ongoing education.
