The Management Award is conferred by the Institute to acknowledge Managers and General Agents who significantly contribute to increasing insurance penetration in the Americas through leadership, training, and development of productive sales forces.

Upon receipt of the application, our Nominating Committee will thoroughly evaluate each submission. Should a candidate reach the finalist stage, the committee will conduct an interview prior to making the final decision on the award.
